Safran Project 3.7 Released

We are pleased to announce to you the release and availability of our latest version of Safran Project. Safran Project version 3.7 is a major software release containing new features, enhancement and corrections.

This is just some of the fetures in our new release:

• New look have been implemented for the Import Export wizards and for the Forecast wizard.
• New and extended functionality and formats supported for import of Progress & Expended. The import supports more fields and new text and XML file formats. Current actual start, current actual finish and expended cost can now be imported along with progress and expended qty.
• New export option allows you to export progress from selected cut-off and optionally summarized to txt or XML file types.
• A new set of enterprise fields and codes allows you to add common values at network level. Enterprise codes are defined using the Safran Project System Administration application, and selected for your networks using Setup > Networks. Supported field types are text, flag an reference fields. An unlimited number of enterprise fields are supported.
• Enterprise codes may be imported and exported to be used across databases using the Safran Project System Administration application.
• Enterprise fields may be used as globals in report headers and footers.
• Setup Projects have been modified. A new tab, Contract data lets you add program, contract, contractor client information and more. These data are shared with the Contact data from the Government reporting tool.
• Open Network: New features and information in the open network window supporting display of key values and Enterprise fields and codes. The open network window also lets you organize your networks in a three view according to enterprise fields. The network group pane now displays the name of the networks within the highlighted group.
• Revision set has been added as a column to the Cut-Off dates tab. A minor change have been implemented for the scope configuration pane.
